In 2016, we embarked on a new mission to raise $5 million for the expansion of the Karapitiya Teaching
Hospital's cancer treatment facility in Galle. This project aims to extend our reach, ensuring that even more
patients have access to the quality care they deserve. Together, we're making strides toward a future free
from the burdens of cancer.

Cancer Hospital Initiative

This groundbreaking initiative, born from the determination of our supporters, raised over $2.6 million to establish the
Tellippalai Trail Cancer Hospital in 2011. Providing vital care to more than 250,000 patients, this project stands as a beacon of
hope and healing in northern Sri Lanka.
